Presenting picture first — difficulties, goals, context — without forcing a theory.
2 · Formulate
Author the 5P, working formulation and hypotheses yourself. Nou can pressure-test what you have written, but it does not originate the clinical theory from raw notes.
3 · Measure
Use only instrument implementations that have passed the current verification gate, then view change beside narrative reasoning.
4 · Export
Prepare clinician-owned outputs with credentials, version context, and provisional status where relevant.
